I am here to help and support you through your greatest challenges and goals in life. You will be taken through an intensive 7 step model to turn your life into the one you have always dreamed about. We will go through a series of questions and exercises to pull out your true potential. Together we will find your greatest Happiness.

If you decide that coaching is for you, we will start with a free Discovery Session. This is a time for us to get to know each other and talk about what you would like to get out of coaching. Here, we can also discuss what type of package is right for you. I offer packages from 6 - 12 sessions, as well as individual sessions. Resume and interview preparation packages are more flexible and are held at a set rate per session.
Following the Discovery Session, we will go through goal setting, then into coaching.
